  • At Jack Thomas Salon, we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure that our scheduling runs smoothly, we request the following regarding appointment cancellations:

    1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

    2. Late Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of its scheduled time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged.

    3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service.

    4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

  • Tips are greatly appreciated and managed by your stylists, either via cash or Venmo.

  • We highly recommend a consultation appointment for any new color clients, color corrections, or existing clients who may be thinking of a big change.

  • We love Curls and we want to cut your hair. We just ask that you come in with your hair and it's natural state washed and worn down and detangler. This will help us serve you best.
